After twenty months, 66km of mains and submains, seven HV transformers, 260 buildings, 1300 beds all installed in over 45 degree weather (and the odd cyclone) our time in the Pilbra draws to an end.
Enwise delivered the main Electrical and Communications package for the Gateway Village Accommodation Camp located in South Hedland (Western Australia). This camp was built to cater for transient and permanent construction and operations workers predominantly active in the mining sector (such as Roy Hill Iron Ore Development).
Enwise supplied and installed all HV and LV reticulation and cabling, communication, fire detection/alarm systems, CCTV, MATV, Security, External Lighting, Field and Distribution S/B’s and UPS systems for the camp.
The project was undertaken with the The Compass Group, Hatch and Bloomer Construction.
